The varied building heights form a fluid silhouette for the new district, seen both from the river and from the city. The tall volumes are arranged in two rows in a staggered pattern, opening a view of the Volga to most of the apartments. The towers taper gradually towards the top, while the low-rise sectional buildings between them maintain the overall line of the development.
Within the development, running the full length of the site, lies a landscaped park with a pedestrian gallery and recreation areas. The façades are made of anodised aluminium with panoramic windows, keeping a light, airy tone in any weather. The towers are crowned by fully glazed penthouses with terraces.
The change in ground level along the embankment accommodates shops, restaurants and other public functions for residents and visitors alike. The promenade receives a contemporary treatment while retaining its principal function, and established local venues can be housed within the new development.
